the shocking thing is that the game recognizes the killing with the syringe, which suggests that it was originally thought possible as in bf1 .... and then someone will have deleted it to put on another thing.

This thing is more powerful than any of the current Medic smgs

I think DICE should allow a separate keybind for the class' special ability. For example, if you press 5 you can bring up the syringe or the repair tool if you're medic or support. The normal method (press e or bring up fortification tool) should work too but this is just optional.
