I never thought stars in daylight would be so beautiful

By far the most emotion drawing video in the series. All of the sights and planets is beautiful (or terrifying if you saw the black holes) but this one and its music just really hit hard on the shock and awe factor. You feel like a kid seeing your first City of Lights drive thru during christmas. We will never experience this sort of thing in person but to just see it in VR or on a video really makes you think of the raw majesty of the universe. The beauty and mystery that makes you feel so insignificant, yet privileged, in the grand scheme of the cosmos. Absolutely stellar video as always and this one is my favorite so far

"These ancient jewels of the universe will slowly disappear; no new ones will ever form" One of the things I really like about these videos is how the accompanying text is not only informative, but also poetic and beautiful too.

The fact that these type of videos wouldn't have been made if not for a single Russian man... You, and the creator of the game are GOATED.

Imagine yourself watching this scene at night, sipping your favorite beverage while standing on an Earth-like planet, orbiting a star within this cluster, or surrounded by a breathtaking nebula in the background.

I didn't know what to expect, but this truly moved me to tears. Maybe it's the music, maybe it's the breathtaking visuals, but most of all, it's the sense of wonder this video inspired in me.

While we may never reach a star cluster in our lifetimes, or even leave our solar system for thousands of years, this reminded me that there is so much beauty to discover, both here on Earth and out in the vastness of space.

For the first time in a long while, my chronic anxiety was replaced with awe and a sense of bliss I've never experienced before.

Thank you for this.

Seeing all those stars so close at night on a planet like that would bring me the ultimate peace. I’d feel like I could finally let my soul rest.

One of my favorite planets in space engine is inside a star cluster. Its sun is HUGE but the sky has this teal color during the day and it's full of stars. Playing this game in VR is an amazing experience

It’s important to note that these are globular clusters, one of two types of star cluster. They’re more densely packed, especially in the middle, having thousands or even millions of stars total. They’re also more spherical and have older stars.

Open clusters, on the other hand, are less densely packed, often having just a few hundred stars. These stars aren’t always as old as the ones in globular clusters, and the cluster might have a more irregular shape.

I know some of this was touched on in the video, but I’m just adding extra info and sharing my knowledge. :)

This is so amazing, imagine being alive during that early time of the cosmos or ind that cluster, like in the last minute of the video. Shivers down the spine. One could only imagine how humans wouldve evolved under such a sky...

I love your videos, keep up the great work and thanks so much

Realizing that globular clusters may be the first stellar objects to go extinct because new ones already can no longer form, unlike stars, is harrowing. Even though I’ve thought about the heat death of the universe numerous times, I still wasn’t ready for that realization.
