Throughout my gut health journey, one big change I made was switching from coffee to tea. I used to have 1-2 cups of coffee a day, but completely cut it out. I could tell when I drank coffee that it didn't feel right in my body. So, I made the decision to switch to a gut friendly tea that supports my gut & has anti-fungal & anti-inflammatory properties that make me feel good.

Today I'm sharing one of my favorite parts of my morning routine – ginger turmeric tea.
