We're putting the Muslim Ban on trial! What's in President Trump's latest travel ban order? How do these bans impact our nation? What are the legal arguments for and against them?
For answers, join us on Monday, Oct. 9th, at Georgia State University College of Law to watch The People vs. The Muslim Ban.
During this educational and engaging public tribunal, real attorneys will team with law students to debate the merits of the bans, real witnesses will take the stand to discuss how the bans harm their communities, and a jury of activists, lawyers, and faith leaders will then issue a verdict, God willing.
With Project South, CAIR Georgia, Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta, GSU Muslim Law Students Association, National Lawyers Guild - Georgia State Chapter.
