Target Identification and Validation:

Target Validation: Researchers then validate the target by demonstrating its involvement in the disease through various experiments and studies.
Hit Generation:

High Throughput Screening (HTS): In this step, a large library of chemical compounds is screened to identify molecules that can interact with the chosen target. Automated systems test thousands or even millions of compounds for their ability to bind to the target or modulate its activity.
