I had no idea a La Granja reimplementation was coming. Exciting! La Granja is one of my favorites—hope you get to play it sometime soon! It’s on BGA, so it’s very easy to access if you play there.

I wonder if 12 rivers coming out is in any way related to magic mountain winning the spiel des jahres. Are we about to see an influx of ball rolling games? :)

Hachi Train = Escalation/Great Dalmuti (climbing) + Bohnanza/Scout (static card position) + High Society (least money loses game and when winning 'negative card' auction, take bid money cards back instead)?

La Granja is good, but the rulebook has a poor layout.
