Funny thing you guys can make fun of me for, for a couple years I thought MTX was the name of the company that bought out Jagex. People would call things "MTX content" or an "MTX decision" so I thought it was an entity xD

These are a “better” version of the wild cards, they give less xp and are target specific. It is the same thing for unstable proteins, they are trying to take away some of the free experience from treasure Hunter. What I’m assuming is a “ unintended “ intended consequence is that you need to buy to get the same xp now. I am all for reducing xp from th, I basically got 99(120 for herb and slayer specifically ) effectively all from th only if I did any training on those skills it was very minimal. And that is all from free spins

Rip RuneScape 3. I'm glad I'm playing group iron oldscape at the moment. Loved it at archaeology and at necromancy I just cba with it. Bring decent updates and maybe I'll play again. Someone else said it, but they’re definitely making unstable proteans the new normal, and likely reducing regular wild cards and replacing with these. Can’t have the players enjoying too many free things in the game they already pay for.

the only benefit for this is for the slayer collection log if you have a few left from certain mobs and want to get it done otherwise just do normal slayer
this will only be beneficial on dxp weekends
im currently going for the slayer log but still need drops from over 20 dif monsters so these are pointless

i want to dislike this because i think it's stupid af, i'll explain, so if this is through treasure hunter, means irons can't get these and it's not something dropped from a chest (not in treasure hunter but like for example crystal chest or motherload maw) or a creature (slayer creature, extremely rare of course, but still something irons can get would be nice, or from bosses) still think this is a waste of their focus and can be doing something better than this, for everyone and something people actually want... (also didn't dislike the video because i don't think protoxx is stupid, just jagex's update :) gave ya a like) good work on the informative video man!
