Kingdom Rush Alliance (Veteran 3 Stars) - FULL Game Walkthrough | Longplay

In this video I will be showing my 1st playthrough of Ironhide`s newest game - Kingdom Rush Alliance. This game is by far the hardest one when it comes to the main campaign as even the Veteran difficulty can cause you headaches. After getting used to the game and finding out the meta tower/hero choices the game becomes much easier, but I didn`t have that luxury at the point of recording this gameplay. Most bosses were quite unique, especially the Overseer who is the 1st stage to consist of only 1 wave. Most stages have their own twists and gimmicks which also spice up the game to a significant margin. The towers and heroes all feel quite unique and with a deep personality. The artstyle was also really pleasing to look at as it gave you that Origins/Vengeance vibes. Overall I cannot recommend this game enough, so if you were looking for an amazing TD game you will be in for a treat with this one.

Now I understand the ending of the game and it's very nostalgic and cool.
What actually happened was that Vez nan and King Denas went hand in hand with their story.
For example: in the beginning they fought together, after which Denas defeated Vez nan, putting him in prison, and after a while Vez nan was the one who defeated Denas and held him captive, after a short time they fought together, as in the beginning, and then Vez nan hands the castle back to Denas, and he goes back to his tower with the crystal doing what he knows best.
The game is quite poetic if you ask me because it was normal for ironhide to make a reference to the first game at the end of the game because kingdom rush was their first prototype computer game in flash on the internet so all their games are brilliant !!!:))))

I missed the sharpness of the first three games. I don't like the bubbly style of vengeance. I would still try this though.

I just got the game on the day of the release and god damn was it a banger. It has everything good kingdom rush vengeance had but none of the bad stuff, allow me to explain. People complained a lot about vengeance having so many OP towers and making the game very pay to win but in alliance, the game doesn't have as much paid towers and the eldritch channeler is actually free! Cozynez complained about vengeance being so different from the last 3 kingdom rush games because you get overrun by hella annoying tanky slow enemies instead of the fast paced liw hp but fast asf enemies in origins. Alliance balanced it out though, having more flying enemies than usual and a mix of strong slow and fast weak enemies. People also complained that vengeance was so easy compared to every kingdom rush game but alliance COMPLETELY BLEW MY EXPECTATIONS. Dawg, get this... Each KR game has three types of stages. In KR1 it's grass, snow, then hell. In KRF it's desert, jungle, caves. In KRO it's elf capital, magical mushroom lands, floating islands. In KRV it's Hell, Snow, Grass (backwards from KR1). What does this all have to do with difficulty? Well the first and second type of terrains are all easy but DAAWG... (Spoiler alert)
Alliance at first glance only has two terrains, the arborean jungle territory and the forbidden canyons... BUT... THOSE TWO WERE SO HARD THAT I HAD TO RESTART ATLEAST 3 TIMES on FOUR LEVELS in the TWO TERRAINS. After beating the last canyon stage, I was focused on the game that I didn't notice that below the clouds in the menu, is another terrain type... Spoiler, it's a terrain made out of the big eye ball overseer's tentacles. Dawg I struggled so hard with the free towers that I STILL HAVENT BEATEN STAGE 15 The Eyesore tower level. Btw it was on Veteran NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Just wanted to comment this since there are no criticism yet in YT and a lot of people probably don't know if it's worth the money or not. Btw it IS worth the money dawg.

It feels weird not having a rain of fire ability. I enjoy having two heroes to juggle, though. I also like how they kept the changeable tower system and upgrade paths from Vengeance. Feels alot more dynamic than the linear upgrade tree of the first three games.

finished the game in veteran in less than a day

I finished the game last night.
Feels like vengeance, especially with the individualist towers.
Rush and frontiers felt great.
Origins was standalone and this seems like a copy and paste of vengeance.
Some stages were too easy and some were so scripted as far as what they wanted you to use.
For example, in the in the first stage of last area, the eye on the ground calls for jetpack soldiers before the eye. Literally beat it on second try and got 3 stars.
No sidequest stages after last boss which was truly a letdown.
Never beat any kingdom rush game in 1 day and 3 started the entire game.
Ridiculously easy and short
