How to fix Google Certificate error message - 100% solved...!

How to fix Google Certificate error message - 100% solved...! There are two methods to fix this error:
1 . open “Services” – windows time – set as automatic – apply – start –ok
2. open “Internet Options- Advanced – uncheck two boxes:
1. check for publisher’s certificate revocation
2. check for server certificate revocation
And then click apply and ok…

This is the correct way, tools, internet options, advanced, scroll down to Security, make sure all your SSL & TLS are ticked ! That's the answer. Just helping since this didn't work for some.
