What can be done if an accused is avoiding service of summons

In cases where the accused is avoiding the summons by the court, in such instances, the complainant can go to the magistrate with the appropriate application and ask him to issue summons and bailable and non-bailable warrants, to ultimately declare the accused a proclaimed offender.
