Cantaloupe is mostly water, so it’s hydrating for summer; it’s an excellent vitamin C and potassium source to lower blood pressure!

Just:
¼ of a ripe cantaloupe
1 cup of ice

How to:
Blend the chopped cantaloupe and ice in a blender well! (You can add ¼ cup of water to get the blender going)
