That water dripping is sound engineering perfection. It's one of the most memorable production bits I've ever heard in all my years, it's under my skin and brings me back to this masterpiece time and time again

Thom Yorke is the mad scientist of music. He is the definition of genius.

What an honor it would be to do a Thom Yorke dance with Thom Yorke.

I can't believe how much Thom has grown over the years... If you watch the documentary Radiohead made about life on tour in 1998 called Meeting People Is Hard, you can see how much Radiohead, (Thom especially), were completely drained from being in the spotlight and how absolutely miserable he was. This video as well as the other stuff from King of limbs shows Thom completely free to express himself artistically without the fear of rejection or disapproval.

I don't know what happened in Thom's life between these two periods of time but whatever it was caused him to be much more at peace with himself and his life ... What a lucky guy.

I love Thom Yorke's unapologetic weirdness.

Imagine showing this to thom after one of their Pablo honey shows in 1993

Fukiko Takase's dancing is just extraordinary. Her movements are stunning, full of seeming perfection in expression, so well defined and choreographed for the song.

Looks like the whole dance was professionally choreographed up untill 4:05 when Thom probably was like "I wanna choreograph this bit"

I really start to like Thom Yorke's dancing, mainly because I've never seen anything like it. And there are some cool moves. And he seems to have alot of fun doing it.

You know like the back of your hand
Who let 'em in?
You got me into this mess
You get me out
You know like the back of your hand
Your bell jar
Your collection
Ingenue
You got me into this mess
Fools rushing in, yeah
And they know it

The seeds of the dandelion you blow away
In good time, I hope I pray
If I'm not there now, physically
I'm always before you, come what may
And you know it
Fools rushing in, yeah
Well you know it

Who let them in?
Yeah well you know it
Gone with a touch of your
Gone with a touch of your hand

Move through the moment
Though it betrays
transformations
Jackals and flames
If I knew now what I knew then
Just give me more time I hope and pray
I mistake all you say
The seeds of the dandelion you blow away

This song occupies a very specific corner of my heart. It perfectly encapsulates a very specific time in my life, a very sad memory. The lyrics about people (particularly an Ingenue -- a young and naive woman) getting you into messes and leaving you there, fools rushing into situations, and all the while knowing the danger but being pulled by forces too big for them, being part of someone's collection.. It really really resonates with me. This song is so beautiful but is also sometimes hard to listen to. But there is something cathartic in the tears that come. It all happened near the end of grad school for me. I achieved what I set out to, but it cost so much.

Her hand, when she cradles his head, is really beautiful.

Every time I want to listen to this song I end up watching the whole video because their dancing is so hypnotizing.
