what do you do with with the actual seeds once you have the gel? feels like a waste of food to throw it away, but idk if it has any nutrients left if you boil and strain out the gel part

Guys don't put oil in it coz it has water and the both don't combine so u will need to use rhem seperately DON'T COMBINE OIL WITH WATER CONTENTS😢😊
