I found with this mask it works better if you don’t boil the water just put the flaxseed and water in a container and put it in the fridge it will make sure the flax seed mask has more nutrients then when you boil it

it is scientifically shown that it doesnt actually tighten the skin or removes wrinkles but it does hydrate your skin well

what do you do with with the actual seeds once you have the gel? feels like a waste of food to throw it away, but idk if it has any nutrients left if you boil and strain out the gel part
