1. Defend on point: practice standing an a corner and defend
2. Body conditioning
3. Don't let pressure fighter bully you
4. Make him respect you: hit them hard
5. Test at the beginning of the fight: how much power his strikes have
6. Take angles, be mobile
7. It's all mental, they wanna make it quick and tired fast
8. Use front kick & take angle

the one dislike is from a pressure fighter who lost his troll lightweight belt on a slick counter.

The true mark of a genius is the ability to explain multiple complexities as simply as possible. It is rare to find someone who can teach this well and compete at the highest level with such success. Hesssspect!

Gabriel has shown me that a lot of fighters are really classy.
I know that it helps raise money for the fighters if they are obnoxious, but Gabriel approaches this like an elite athlete instead of like a macho man.

The hardest thing to get used to against a pressure fighter is getting used to someone staying so close to you all the time..
I just try stay relax and counter or let them in and fight them on the inside, fuck taking steps back, take the fight to them, but stay calm and pick your hard shots

Great breakdown - even though you make it sound easier said than done!
Conditioning your body to take hard bodyshots and not getting intimidated by constant in your face pressure are both highly commendable physical and mental skills.
Respect. 👍

I’m glad this channel is getting more traffic. You can’t get this elite level analysis from anybody. You’re a great representation of the sport.

I applied some of your tips today and you were right, I kept being elusive in the first rounds and pivoting to find different angles to come out from his pressure, in the last rounds he was with no energies and I could throw my combos on him without being chased anymore

Every time I think I have the measure of just how good your content can get, you proceed to prove me spectacularly wrong and I love it! Your work ethic, your attention to detail and your single-minded commitment to improving yourself as a fighter all shine through in your videos. Even more impressive are your integrity, your willingness to examine your weaknesses as well as your strengths, your open-minded attitude toward styles and approaches other than your own and most of all your respect both for other fighters and for your supporters. This marks you not only as a great fighter, but also as a gentleman and a martial artist of profound humanity. Many thanks and much respect, sir. 🦁🌞
