Repairing a Refrigerant Leak on a Condenser Coil

Performing a temporary repair on a Goodman condenser coil that was leaking refrigerant at a very high rate.

That's a solid fix in my book, flow nitrogen, long as you pulled it down to blow 500 microns, did the DK test, , , that's a solid fix you're a good welder....

Did you have to replace line drier on that I never know when to trust the existing one

I had the 😂 issue where the U is But I couldn’t find any copper. I sealed both ends. Does it affect if i leave it like that?

I installed literally the same exact unit and its leaking from same spot but on the right side of the electrical panel🤦🏽‍♂️

Whats the fascination with acting like a repair thats not a new unit cant last for years. Same in the auto world.

Techs can do this but I got the it’s not worth it, just buy a new one
