Fun fact:the average person in africa speaks 3.5 languages, Their regional language, post colonial language, official language and either speak or are learning to speak English or a different language.

I speak 7 languages.
English, Russian, French, Latvian, Italian, Japanese, Korean

Here's how i learn them all:
Russian from shcool
English from youtube and games
Italian from my italian dad
Japanese from my japanese mother
Korean from a trip to korea for 5 months
Latvian from my latvian friend
French from duolingo

Whoever wrote one year for latin is daft. I learned german, english, french and russian and have to say that latin has the most difficult grammar that takes forever to master.

Fun fact: the difficulty of a language is dependent on the language you already know. So the reason the languages are ordered like this is because this is from an English standpoint
