Let me share with you my family’s favorite
3-WAY WET BURRITOS, this is honestly the best burritos you can ever ask for, the chile verde and chile colorado come together to create a masterpiece ! So I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! ❤️
Pots & pans using atm Ourplace Website -
blender- Vitamix A3500

Ingredients
Cook 2-3 lbs chuck tender roast, 1/2 onion, garlic , 3 bay leaves, 2 tbsp coarse salt, 1 tbsp beef bouillon
My Red sauce:
3 tomatillos
1 Roma tomato
12 New Mexico o guajillo chile pods
1 Chile ancho
5 cups broth
3 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
3 tbsp Maseca
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
1 large small diced potato
My chili verde
12 tomatillos
2-3 Chile Serrano
2 cups water or broth
1/2 onion
Handful of cilantro
6 roasted, clean and peeled hatch peppers
3 chile serranos
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper, oregano, cumin
Salt and chicken bouillon to taste
1 large small diced potatoes
For the burritos:
Burrito size flour tortillas
Rice
Frijoles de la olla
Shredded queso Oaxaca
1 serving of love 💕
