Many pieces of the puzzle that help explain the history of animal life on earth are preserved in the fossil record. In part 1 of the digital event series, scientists Graham Budd, Brenda Irene Medina Jiménez, and Jason Dunlop discuss animal fossils and what we know about how they are related to modern animals.
