From an audio perspective, that sounds like corrupted audio that slipped through editing and came through once uploaded, which could explain the random sounds and the glove sounding weird when exploded.

For an answer to the other comment. The sound seems like an intentional sound effect added to the video. Did the original video have audio that was left in? It could also just be the microphone automatically adjusting if you haven't used it in awhile but it sounds like like metal on metal or a rusty ball socket haha

The doctor performing my dad's nasal surgery didn't wear gloves and gave my dad a massive infection that ate most of the supporting cartilage out of his nose. All of that could have been prevented by a few bucks on gloves
