Wish I had the money to get a Cirrus! Ya'll are killing the market amazing work. I like how Cirrus listens to customers! Nice paint and design options, great power and speed as well. Cheers!!! Lol I am stuck to the c172 lol until I can upgrade!!

Cirrus, such great aircraft, but SR22 with FADEC and touchscreens would near perfection! Hopefully your G7 will have these. No more hot starts, no fiddling with mixture, a computer- controlled masterpiece…I love your work!

Cirrus, let this be a lesson learned for the future and especially for your PR group. We know you can innovate, we've seen that from you in the past. The SR series continues to be a very desirable airplane. This though was a huge letdown, not because the things you introduced aren't welcome changes but, the way you painted this out to be. You put out a promo a day before with the caption "THE BEST CIRRUS WE'VE EVER MADE". Again, the changes are welcome but they didn't need to be anything more than a simple press release saying something like "Changes for 2022". This is literally something I expect from Apple but not Cirrus. Just taking the same product, talk and talk about USB ports and colors then act and pretend it's the most innovative thing ever. The cinematography was spot on but as someone else said, this was more about skiing than an actual airplane. We know you can do better than putting out things like this.

No major changes a New plane?, rather in the app, the color, the button and remote of the baggage area, USB connections, and a light on the footboard for how much more money?

I love the Cirrus, I'm an original owner of an older one, but where is the G7? I feel it has been minor touch ups for years as they continue building the Vision Jet. Where is the FADEC like the Diamond DA50? For nearly $1.25 MM there needs to be a bit more than some minor fairings added to the wheel pants and smoothing of the goopy TKS panel that should have been taken care of years ago. This is really coming to the cost of the pressurized Piper M350 Full Sized Cabin 6 Seater New Aircraft at the same price. Hard choice, but the extra room and pressurization kinda beats the bells and whistles (and awesome colors) (although I love it) on the new G6.

That’s a nice aircraft, however I do agree that there aren’t many REAL upgrades. The real question is: what upgrades do pilots want/expect?

For me the airplane keeps getting improved. As a 2018 G6 owner and operator, the small changes matter. The speed increase up to 9 KTAS makes a significant difference. Going a bit faster and cheaper, it does add up. In my 600 hours on my G6 a 5 knot increase would have meant an additional 3000NM of free flying. Now that’s a big deal!!! Also the baggage door opening wider and holding is also a BIG deal. What a tiny thing that makes a huge difference on a windy day when you need 3 hands to load your heavy baggage but the wind closes your door or the wind keeps banging it open, you start appreciating these little things. Now the paint, that’s just options for the buyer…
