Best way to keep your curls is shampoo only 2-3 times a week don’t overdo it will damage ur hair but when u do use shampoo also use conditioner after and let it sit 2-3 mins before washing it out and use colder water not warm it will look less frizzy and stuck together

I just got a perm, it’s fine if you do it with conditioner but you have to wait 2 days to shampoo it and when you shampoo it mostly gets less curly

You can wash your hair within the three days you just can’t shampoo or conditioner your hair and I’ve been having my perm for around a year

it depends on the activater/neutralizer some allow you to get it wet immediately after and some don’t

So you can get it wet actually just get a spray and moisturize it with a Curly hair moisturizer as for anyhting else like conditiing or shampooing id wait about 60 hrs.

I’m just gonna wear one of those hair cover things you wear after bleaching it. So I can do everything else and not have to worry.
