A few problems with this:
1. Standard video is shot at 30FPS (29.97), not 24FPS. 24FPS is for film.
2. 24FPS is mostly useless for YouTube. It will result in juddering and choppyness. Any video which will be played back on a phone, tablet, or computer should be 30FPS. 24FPS is not equally divisible into the screen refresh rates, which are usually 60Hz, meaning that frames are skipped or doubled. Therefore, most videos should be shot at 30FPS, or perhaps 60FPS.

shutter at 1/100 instead of 1/125 for 60fps video would be a bad idea? For some reason, I get a flickering with a specific light I have when using 1/125
