IMO these car like self braking stuff is complitely pointless on a motorcycle, might even be dangerous. imagine trying to pass someone and your bike is like "nah cant you see theres someone ahead of us, i am the captain now"

Honda CBS(combined brake system) has been around for ages and is on many touring orie tated bikes as standard. Makes the rear brake feel very power ful especially on heavy tourers

Hey great video. You should check out the new 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator. There is almost no content from people who have actually ridden the bike on youtube rn. Its a ninja 400 engine bored out to 451cc and it seems like a really good sporty cruiser.

They should take the ride height idea from moto gp

It’s controversial in the series but man it would be amazing for the road

As a LW1 owner, I’ve never felt safer on ANY other vehicle. I’m very interested in Damon and looking forward to demos and reviews.

Hey so i'm starting to get into motorcycles and i'm a little unsure of what I should get as a starter, i'm really unfamiliar with automatics and my budget is around 4-5k tops, do you guys have any recommendations? I was thinking the Honda CTX700 but i'm not really sure

It seems that Honda should launch the CB 650 with an electrically controlled clutch in 2024, which will be able to be used normally, or switched to automated clutch mode, where the bike itself will activate the clutch when leaving, stopping and when changing gears, which will still be made by the gear shift pedal on the foot.

Okay serious question now: I only have ridden low to medium budget bikes. Never rode, let's say, a BMW K-1200 (one of the ultimate DAD bikes here in Europe). So all of what I've ridden had cable throttle, some of them were a lot loose (20-25 years old bike, what did you expect lil squid) with some floppy feelings when you went on the gas, and others were sharp and with a very short travel. But how about...? The other type, I don't know the name, ride by wire or something like that? I've never been in a bike with that kind of throttle, what's the difference? How does it feel? Is it better or worse? Thanks in advance, ride safe <3

Radar adaptive cruise control on a motorcycle seems a bit dangerous, especially on long trips where you need to be concentrating 15 hours on end.. Maybe not, gotta try before I judge the product I suppose, but it seems like it could lead to some inattentive moments

"Motorcycles accelerate and stop faster than cars" a statement that alone could quite easily be argued these days. However I wont bother with that, what I will say is that an average rider will never stop as quickly as they can in a car.

People have a consistent risk budget. When you make things safer, they just go faster or pay less attention or operate drunk or sleepy. Driver aids only make people safer if they actually want to be safer.

Most of these "advances" will just serve to make bikes more complex, unreliable, and expensive to maintain. No thanks. Keep it simple.

If you don't know how to ride none of this will keep you from getting killed.
