Allen Parr is Building a Bridge to NOWHERE!

In a recent video, Allen Parr, founder of the Beat Christian YouTube channel published a video defending his decision to have a conversation with Marcus Rogers. Allen Parr took a lot of heat for calling Marcus Rogers a brother in Christ, and building a bridge with him. Although, many people oppose the idea, Allen Parr doubled down on his stance. Should he build a bridge or erect a wall? In this video, I provide scriptural support that tells us to build a wall against people like Marcus Rogers!

Marcus Rogers is a deceiver, and you don’t make a bridge with a deceiver. As you said, Marcus Rogers has been warned many times, and at this point, I truly believe that Marcus Rogers is blinded by God Himself, and by putting out your hand of fellowship, you are actually hindering Gods work. Marcus Rogers is being used by God as judgement toward those who have no love for Gods Word and rather go by their feelings! We should pray that Gods will would be done in Marcus Rogers, but in no way build any bridges with him. Great video

How can you build a bridge on a false foundation of truth? Marcus Rogers equates fruit to getting a check for his church and his son now hearing from God that "He has haters." God speaks to us through His word, not an audible voice or the manipulated emotions of a child.

I am with you on this. However, I have lost most of my respect for Allan Parr, he apparently thinks that Marcus is a brother in Christ, albeit a misguided one, even though Marcus has denied some of the cardinal doctrines of Christianity.

You're so on point about Marcus Rogers and my spirit couldn't bear witness with him. My prayer for him that God removed his stoney heart and prideful spirit and Marcus Rogers need to ask for forgiveness and stop leading alots of people in the wrong way and that is dangerous for them and for himself. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Allen Parr isn't above reproach. Allen knows better, yet he chooses this path anyways. The question is why? Marcus reminds me of a modern day Jim Jones. That's a dangerous road to go down. Allen might be theologically sound but lacks good judgment or does he? Why would he yoke himself with someone such as Marcus? I have an idea but I won't embark on that subject. People need to read the Bible. Get up everyday thanking God and don't put your faith in man but God.

Thank you for your insight. Been struggling with if he was right or wrong. Knew he’s a false teacher and we should reject him and call him out but wasn’t sure if you should leave the door open for a dialogue. Thank you pastor for the scriptures and the way you represent Christ.

Good stuff brodie...the purity of the Gospel is constantly under attack. When satan begins to preach Jesus woe to the sheep who are straggling behind, spiritually unstable, and un-discerning of the voice of the good Shepherd (Christ, Holy Spirit, Word of God) or stranger (self-deceit, itching ears, false doctrine). Praying for the state of not the church in itself but the individuals who make up the church and are in the church. The first answer that Christ gave to His disciples when they asked what will be the sign of Your coming or these things to take place for the end? Our Risen King instantly responded, "First, see to it that no one misleads you" the sheep today are very gullible, toss to and fro by EVERY wind of doctrine, and are not sound in the Gospel. The same veil that darkened the eyes of the children Israel still remains over those today who are perishing b/c the god of this age keeps them blind, distracted, and pre-occupied. Marcus posted a message recently about the money he was given. The message was so prideful and arrogant. I don’t know how his followers are not grieved by that. It’s disheartening. He’s only getting worse and Allen Parr is still constructing the bridge?

MR also made a video about how he acts when his “haters” come at him. And it was grieving. The people he calls haters are people trying to correct his many heresies in love biblically and give him sound doctrine.

I’m grieved. I use to watch him but the more I read my Bible the more I saw the error and pride.
