Here in the UK we have slightly different system, we have councils who don't believe in justice, there just interested in getting money out of you, justice and innocence is secondary

wrong, you don't go to trial and you don't plead guilty! dismissal is the only way!!! there will be no trial and you demand it don't ask nicely!
