MY FIRST PAIR OF POINTE SHOES! THE FITTING.

Hi guys! So, I got approval from my ballet teacher saying I was ready for my first pair of pointe shoes on April 1, 2017. I am currently 10 years old so, I am very happy to finally get the ok. This video picks up from after my audition at Arizona School of Classical Ballet. I was accepted into the pre advance class and allowed to shop for my first pair of pointe shoes. This Vlog takes you along to that special moment every dancer works so hard to reach. I hope you enjoy it and continue to tune in to watch my journey to hopefully becoming a Prima Ballerina. 💜

Note ** I have gotten a lot of comments regarding my phone. Some people thought that I was looking at my phone while I was being fitted. I wanted to make it clear to everyone that my phone was in my hand because I was livestreaming the fitting to my Musically fans. If you look closely you can see the screen is recording my feet. I asked the fitter; Miss Jamie, ahead of time for permission to livestream and to record this vlog and she was fine with it. I would never be that rude and my Mom is recording the vlog and would never allow me to do something like that. Now that I look at it; I understand how it may look so, I should have explained what I was doing at the beginning of the video. Congrats! However I would recommend having your dance teacher(s) come to the fitting. I got fitted with 4 of my dance friends and my instructor came which was good because the teachers have their preferences if you know what I mean. My teacher likes more tapered shoes however I found the less tapered shoes much more comfortable. Also dang, nice feet.
