How Fast is a 2 Hour Marathon Pace?

Eliud Kipchoge will attempt to run a sub 2 hour marathon in Vienna on Saturday 12th October. To do that he'll need to run at a 4:34 pace (minutes per mile). That's fast. How fast? To find out I rented a treadmill and got running.
