The dream team. A visionary leader has not to do all the work himself;
it all starts with surrounding himself/herself with a few people (or just 1) who get his/her vision. That person/Those people will help and see other perfectly matching people :-)

Those people will see potential in others.

And the company will end up with a fine equilibrium among operators and visionaries, followers and leaders, executives and risk takers, introverts/extroverts…

Take a step back. There is the Exodus paradigm. We are moving into a holy space/land. Things are going to go well and we are going to "get" all the rewards and accolades that are our "due". So, imagine you are in a space where you can generate as much wealth as you want, create as many "dividends" or "harvests" as you want, have "enough" for whatever tickles your fancy or imagination. You have lucked into the ideal space/world/land where you can literally have whatever you want, however you want, whenever or wherever you want. So what now? How do you live peacefully and enjoy this wonderful existence where you have whatever you want, whenever you want, however much you want? The Judeo-Christian texts have a concept for this. It is about settling the Holy Land. Those lessons and paradigms are as valid today as they were back then. These are folklore visions, not based on gender, species, time or planet. So, you face the prospect of entering a holy land. Do not strike the earth, lest you be excluded. Do not abuse nor take for granted the forces that enable a viable biosphere, fertility, and/or water supply. Do not enslave, as you were once slaves. Ensure there is adequate infrastructure and do not begrudge your fair share of tithes/taxes. Provide refuge - for your own people, refugees from other nations, and suspects who need fair hearings. Provide fair and impartial justice, eschew corruption. Leave space for nature and the poor, do not shove flank so there is no space for "the other". Whether you live on a particularly fertile location, space, or planet, these are cornerstone paradigms. Life cannot exist without sustaining paradigms. It matters no matter how much wealth you have accumulated in one place, location, or planet. If what you have created is not viable then what follows is death, including of your empire. Sustainable paradigms and empires are built by those who see beyond the here and now to the bigger picture. Ask yourself not how much wealth you have accumulated, but what is the value of that wealth beyond your existence? The really clever souls will pivot point to affirm and protect life in the here and now, with a legacy that earns them respect and accolades for generations to follow.
