I've wanted to do this video for years now, finally I was able to do it. This video shows you close up shots of slugs eating various things, such as watermelon, carolina reaper, Kinder Maxi King, Raffaello, and some of these were shot with my infrared full spectrum camera.

Knowing how sensitive to light snails and slugs are, I was getting pretty distressed myself seeing them under those studio lights. I thorougly enjoyed the outdoor footage, especially the bonus leopard slug and roman snails!

One morning I woke up with a hangover feeling really dehydrated...went to kitchen in my bare feet and trod on a large slug..I slipped over and the slug was smeared all over my foot..you could still see a bit of its head....I hopped to the shower and let me tell you trying to get it off my foot was hard work...had to scrape it..they don't wqsh of with water and soap.

I appreciate the bonus leopard slug, and that the squishy animals seemed fairly comfy throughout. Also that they're in your garden, not mine...at least this year's invasion of snails has been easy to pick up and throw into the fields over the ditch (it takes them a while to get back, they give up eventually).
