Today Ukraine hit a civilian Scientific Research Institute in DONETSK with what appeared to be USA supplied. Just as I and emergency workers arrived on site Ukraine fired another several HIMARS. This is a clear war crime by Ukraine. I filmed all in one uncut video for you to see.
