Dear Brian, do you have a subliminal version of this meditation? I love I AM affirmations, but I do better with subliminals, specially for sleep. I don't use headphones, I use very good stereo speakers. Thank you🙏

The overlapping/echoing affirmations can’t possibly be useful. Your subconscious mind can’t magically make sense of audio that is just jumbled mess like that. It’s so off putting, it wakes me up constantly.

I hate to just complain like that, but I really like the content, and it’s a shame these just aren’t useful. It would be nice to get some of these without editing them like that.
