Pro tip: If you need get your jeans hemmed by a tailor, ask them to keep the original hem that way when they hem them to the length that you need, they will look like they were made for you as opposed to hemmed by a tailor.

You go girl! I used to have my jeans altered about 5 to 6 inches before petite s came around! I am not quite 5'1". Skinny are the best for me, with the mid rise. Trends came come and go, but I know these look the best.

I tried both 501 skinny and wedgie in-store, both perfectly hug my waist, but lots of room in thighs, and back side. I think it depends on body shape too, Im kind of in a rectangular shape. I was excited to get myself a 501, but ended up not buying. Anyway, it looks good on you!

I have noticed v or plunge necklines look very flattering on bustier people and square necklines look best on people not that busty! I am not well endowed in the chest area alongside being a petite and square necks look fantastic on me. But my friend who is heavier in the chest area looks fantastic in v necks or plunge necks...the otherway round doesn't look as flattering
