How's it going guys! Here's a short little video discussing if auto integras really are as slow as people think. There's also a couple quick pulls and some hard driving. Thanks for watching!

love how honest he is about his mods: "it doesn't do anything except make a lot of noise"

Well an automatic isn’t really meant for racing but I would still drive it since all I do is cruise a lot when I drive lol

Just bought a 96 LS auto teggy and I love it not the fastest. Would love to basic mod it but scared the car community would shit on it cause it’s an auto, body’s really clean which is the only reason I leaned towards an auto.

Used to have a 99 integra automatic. Sometimes that car was gutless at overtaking, it didn’t always downshift, had to downshift it like a manual. We used to have a 97 and my dad got in a very bad wreck in it. He hit a forklift at 70-60 mph and the car flew a few feet in the air. He was okay though got out walking. That happened 7 years ago.

My 94 Integra RS automatic was actually faster than my 94 Integra ls manual with exact same mods, (intake, headers, testpipe, full catback) but only with the automatic u hv to hv it in drive3 mode so in top end it stays in 4th gear all the way up to 120mph because with manual non vetech motors u lose that compression in 5th gear.
It to mention those Integra auto transmissions can take alot of abuse

daily a 1995 auto Integra LS sedan. its slow lol but saves me on fuel i commute 96 miles a day and as you have noticed fuel cost in 2021 is ridiculously high. keep the toys in the garage for nice days and truck for bad weather.

Those mods does do something. Race a bone stock teggy and you'll see a difference.

I like it, who cares about it being fast as long as it looks and sounds good, you got the sound already....tint the windows and tail lights put some H.I.D's then being it down with some and even a cheap turbo would help with the sluggishness 🤏

I bought an auto LS for $175, got totaled 2 years, biggest POS I ever drove, engine was only firing on 3 cylinders, but even with that still the most reliable car I’ve owned. I replaced it with a 99 3000gt SL now but I still miss that integra.

I think with the bigger engines like the 2.2 and 2.4 like what’s in the Honda accords then the automatic transmissions are actually half decent with the get up and go but with the smaller engines like the 1.6s and 1.8s that’s in the civics and integras you really need a 5 speed standard to get them going good, but I mean shit any Integra is still a nice ride in my opinion, their comfortable, they handle like a dream, extremely good MPG and super reliable.
