Russian President Vladimir Putin meet Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko in Moscow on March 11. The two close allies discussed latest development around Ukraine and sanctions by the West. Both sides have stated no fear against western sanctions. President Vladimir Putin also mentioned some 'positive shifts' in talks with Ukraine.
