WATCH: Tropical Storm Debby Brings Potential for Heavy Rain and Flooding to North Carolina

Sunday, August 4: . Tropical Storm Debby is forecast to make landfall along the Florida panhandle on Monday. Debby may move inland as a Category 1 Hurricane and then move inland over Georgia. The storm is then expected to stall along the coast of Georgia and South Carolina. This brings a greater potential for flooding rainfall in the Carolinas during the end of the week into Saturday.
