there is no position, its location. and when I tried alt a nothing happened so I got the location from control a but it still didn't work

Hii! I do GFX profile pictures for Roblox. I use blender version 3.3 because my graphics card doesn't accept the latest version. I did one profile picture, imported the characters and it worked. After that, I tried to do another one, I thought it was a glitch that it didn't spawn the model or even show it's name up... But I tried with 2 different OBJ files and it still didn't work. Is there any way to solve this?
