I've been away for a few weeks as I had a collapsed lung a few weeks ago! I'm now slowly getting back to 100% and this is my first stream since being in hospital.

Got a pneumothorax too (the tube thing) last year after a huge downhill mtb crash, fractured my scapula, collarbone and two ribs with one of them puncturing my lung, fun time. Glad you're back on the mend !
