Solar on a controller is just a needless expense, is all it is.

I got a body scale in my bedroom that has solar charging. Even though my room is usualy pretty dark. It has never died. So solar would be nice, and yes it does not have to be direct sun light to stay charged. That would be really dope for a controller 🙌🏻

Also there is 4000mah battery that you can put in dualsense plus 3500mah power bank that will make you controller last for days but it gets havey

If the battery would last at least for 12 hours fully charged than it wouldn't matter if you play only at night cuz the controller you'd automatically charge when there is sunlight in the room and than last the whole night

sometimes if you pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol inside the stick with the drift problem and wiggle it around, you can get rid of stick drift. make sure your controller is off though and give it at least 15 minutes to dry before turning it on

You know, Sony will never make a controller that has no minuses or doesn’t degrade at all with time and that’s because they make money on sales, it’s all about sales nowadays, they care for their consumers my ass!

I buy hall effect module for every controller and then change them so I never have stick drift

What's nice about Sony is the fact that they are an electronics pioneer. They don't need Asus, Samsung, Lenovo etc. I'm pretty sure the next controller will have a touchscreen in 2028 it just makes (sense ) 😁

what I wanted was dualsense with joystick with holoeffect by default on a controller that costs as much as a full price game, instead of having to wait for joystick drift and risk an operation to put joystick with holoeffect

I always have a controller on the charger. I could maybe see them do it with the DualSense Edge.

Solar charging be just another wire. Why would it be not wired. Only the power source is different.
If the battery is new breakthrough in tech like salt battery or graphene, then i'll turn my head to see.
If it's sit under the bright sun being charge, you're not actively using it, no? U play right underneath the hot sun? no roof? 🤭

I just have two controllers. One on charge other in my hand gaming 👍
