Warframe Review

Is this free-to-play co-op shooter worth the time or is it just trying to get in your wallet?

Thing that I fucking hate about all warframe reviews is that reviewers aren't doing their job properly, just rushing the video asap to be 1st in the line is dumb as shit, I bet my damn PC, this guy hasn't played more than 3hrs. At least take a day or two to give people a proper opinion about the game. I've spent 350+ hrs on this game and enjoyed all of those, didn't spend a single cent. Yes, the game does feel grind-y-ish at times, and yes, sometimes you just want to spend 2dollars and get something instantly rather than playing for 3hrs, but if you're a proper human being and have at least some patience, like 3rd person shooters, co-op and non-stop action, then you have to give this game a proper try. (Mind that first 2-3hrs are confusing, but once you start to understand the game and how everything works, it becomes a very enjoyable and rewarding time-sink)

Game has a lot of potential, great graphics, cool character models, makes u feel like a space ninja with all the fast paced action and crazy maneuvers, each warframe is unique in its own way, and is one of the games I play the most in my PS4, next to BF4. Thing is, the game feels like its solely based on grinding, going from planet to planet just to get the materials from the enemies or bosses u kill to build the next weapon\warframe\equipment u want with not real story driving u to progress. It gets really repetative quickly if u have no friends to play with... but it also works kind of like an MMO with live events happening every so often with rare prizes to be earned after completion.

The game is still growing, and it has a LOT of room for it. But it's off to a very good start.

Whoever reviewed this game is a noob. Once you've unlocked the harder difficulties the game will give you a real wakeup call and becomes intensely challenging and strategic.

This is actually pretty cool, they managed to review Destiny 9 months before it came out.

I agree with the review on this. The game does show promiss however lots of structure to game is missing.

This review is definitely outdated. I remember having this grinding feeling long ago, but with the introduction to T4 void missions, quests, and raids, the game is definitely taking a turn for the better. The grindy aspect is still there, but if one despises it, they can forgo most grinding and only grind for their primary set (your favorite set of frame and weapons) which takes minimal time and enables one to run most endgame content.

All the reviews of this game are surpisingly really tough on the game. To break it down- levels can be confusing because all maps are randomly generated, selecting random tiles for starts, ends, hallways, bosses, all that, and as a result you're never really playing the same map twice. It's also worth mentioning that this game kicks total ass and is really addicting. And it's free. Go play it.

most online games are a grind. its whether or not the grind is fun. the combat feels great with a controller or mouse and keyboard on pc.

Whenever I play this game it says that I'm collecting credits and that I should have loads of cash but when I try to buy something it says that I don't enough credits which is starting to piss me off.

When I see the comments, i see haters out of every dark corner of the comment section. Guys, you have to understand that this game is still in BETA! They are trying their hardest to make this game enjoyable for us, but you guys are just not giving them a chance!

We could possibly all agree that this game is not for everybody, but I love it, my friends like it, I havent spent a single dollar or even complained that it was getting a bit too repetitive, the only thing that all people know is that it is definitely:

                                    "Pay To Look Good"

And honestly... WHO THE HELL CARES?!? the only thing I hated, absolutely hated about was that I had to go through the " Pro People " cause they keep saying that Im noob and I have weak gear, and they just think its a competitive game.... And its not :D

I have mixed feelings about Warframe and I think that its amazing, In my opinion by far the only game that has its support, through Communication and its community and the ammound of people that can enjoy it, its not on the story side, design, or even the music, its all on the people that support it and keep the Developers working hard for the Tenno, the people that make them feel like its worth it to work on their game

I personally say that warframe is going to become a great game in the Next few Months, even probably years... and to all the people that think its not worth playing even though its free, good for you and too bad you wont be able to experience the ride with all of us, cause warframe is a great game for all the people that play and enjoy it

I personally rate warframe: 8/10

Where was the explanation of the dojo, building the dojo, researching of new weapons and warframes, clans, alliances, solar rails, tenno vs tenno combat, clan vs clan battles for control of solar rail placements archwing is coming in update 15 outer space dogfighting on jet pack angel wings and there customisable

This game is epic it has its flaws and sure things could change but for a free game it's wicked it's kept me playing for days and when you start hittikg the void missions on high levels the game is seriously challenging

But each to there own I guess
