I solved the last one in 2 seconds when I noticed if we add 2 to all equations, then,
x + 2 = 0 in mod 9, 10, and 11.

Thus (x+2) is a common multiple of 9, 10, and 11.

The LCM of 9, 10, and 11 is 990, thus x is 988.
