Menstrual cups are going to stain. You can either learn to live with their new appearance or freshen them up with a few stain removal options. The easiest way to remove stains is to do a peroxide soak for 2-3 hours but some brands reccomend against this. The alternative is to use a cloth to wipe away surface stains. You can remove yellowing (not surface stains) with sunlight! As long as you are following your sanitizing routine (1x per month is best) stains are fine.
