Check out Pittsburgh QB Tom Savage, who is one of the nation's top pro-style passers and will be a valuable member of any team come May.

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is a collegiate athletic league in the United States. Founded in 1953 in Greensboro, North Carolina, the ACC sanctions competition in twenty-five sports in Division I of the NCAA for its twelve member universities: Boston College Eagles, Clemson Tigers, Duke Blue Devils, Florida State Seminoles, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Miami Hurricanes, North Carolina Tar Heels, North Carolina State Wolfpack, Virginia Cavaliers, Virginia Tech Hokies, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. In 2011, the conference announced it was adding Syracuse and Pittsburgh to expand to fourteen members beginning in the 2013 academic year. In 2012, the ACC announced it would add Notre Dame in all sports but football and hockey.

Welcome to the Texans Savage! I have been talking about this guy for a few weeks now with some other fans, and I think this was a smart pick. The Texans were able to address needs first with Clowney, Su'a-Filo, Nix, and Fiedorowicz and still get a fantastic QB prospect that has the tools to build upon under O'Brien.

There's talk of the Rams taking Savage in the 3rd or 4rth Round. As long as they have their needs at O-Line and Secondary addressed by then, I'd be happy with this pick.

I'm willing to bet the Texans will start him in a year or two. Sure, he looked absolutely terrified against the Colts, and he didn't exactly play well, but I have faith in him- nerves can get the best of us. He has raw talent and I would like to see him fight with Mallett for the spot.

Hmm..don't know much about him but as a Texan's fan, I welcome him to our town. Can't be any worse than what we've had the past few years. As long as he can keep the INTs to a minimum and can score in the Red Zone. We picked up some key players on defense and practically have a whole new front office. I can't wait to see some of our new guys in action! Go Texans!
