Tracki - Create an Account and Activate a Device

I just received 2 of these devices today. It would be nice if your instructions were updated because I didn't have to choose a country, or enter a zipcode and it says to take the device outside for 15 mins. Directions say to hold the on/off key and it will blink green, that's not happening. sigh.

Does the battery only last an hour on everyone's? I am wondering if i got a bad one ???? So frustrating as ive charged it 3 times for it to not last

i tried scanning the QR code to when setting up but it says its not valid and i tried entering the id and the last 4 of the IMEI but it prompts me to call you. i called and i held on and held on bc it said i was first in line so after holding on for 20 minutes i decided to click option 1 for a call back but never got one

I use two phones. Can I log into my account from each phone?

My first Tracki device was lost after it had landed out in the middle of nowhere via a high altitude balloon experiment. When I had been trying to retrieve it. I wasn’t able to find it and recover it because there were no roads or trails to the site. How do I delete my old Tracki device and update it by adding a new device to replace my old one? Is it possible for it to happen or do I have to buy another subscription (even on the same account that I currently have)?
