DPW is the DEPARTMENT of PUBLIC WORKS. It is a government agency that takes care of infrastructure... you might not know that the agency hires independent contractors...in turn the independent contractors prefer hiring illegals or illegals waiting on their visas.. The next time you see men working on street repairs..they are illegals the man sitting in his AC truck is an American citizen. Next time you see city workers trim trees after a hurricane or tornado these men are illegals and the man giving orders is an American...also, and this doesn't have anything to do with DPW...most public schools hire contractors to clean the classrooms and floors most likely they are illegals some waiting to get their visas...those jobs could be given to American men and women ...we must be more involved on how taxpayers money is spent. BLESSINGS TO ALL MANKIND.
