After 16 years of therapy and 30 years or art therapy and one divorce - this video helped me so much. My wife an knew about our father and mother wound causing us to fight horribly - saying brutal hurtful things - We were aware of it - but could not stop it - it got dangerous, violent, I just ran away and never came back. I was happy she got everything - she was the most beautiful soul - her instinct got wounded when she was beaten for stealing food of her and her hungry little brother....Not sure if being aware of these complexes and forces is enough to nerualize or contain them...

The ideas about death are apropos. People with an overdeveloped egotism turn death into an enemy and can even use the subject of violent death as a weapon against others. But to rely on our natural instincts, as this video suggests, brings us into harmony with both life and death which are really a continuum of each other and both natural aspects of our natures. But to live happily with both life and death, egotism must first be dropped.

Merely "getting on the nerves" of others is hardly an intelligent and rational reason to back off of one's position. Many, many people do NOT want to hear things that force them to confront their own positions that are largely derived from "signals".
