Mumbai is the largest city of India Bro but here problem is that Mumbai is surrounded with Sea one side and mountains on the other side hence expansion is less than Delhi NCR which has only land ( No Sea and no Mountains). Otherwise most of the people wants to come to Mumbai as compared to Delhi.
