My Pixel 4 is still going strong! It’s running Android 13 and works incredibly smoothly. Plus, I still have unlimited photo storage. Honestly, I don’t think I need to upgrade just yet.

I am in the states where carrier deals save a lot of money. I traded in my s23 for the pixel 9 and paid only the sales tax. Probably premature but couldnt resist

Paid $399 for my 8a with 6 months free Unlimited Mint Mobile plan. Prefer matte plastic back and older Pixel design. The Pixel 9 looks and feels like Samsung and iPhone. Pixels lost their identity in my opinion. The 8a does everything well. No need to spend more money.

I'll keep my 8a for as long as it is reliable. SOT is easily over 7 + hours and I work off it all day. I can afford any phone I want, but choose best value.

Pixel 8 is the best value for money, but please be aware of the green line display issues and only buy with a warranty (which is extended by google for affected phones).

Great video and detailed comparison, well done. Got my Pixel 9 for a super deal from someone. Happy with it. I only had Pixel 8 for a few days but was tired of the selfie showing me out of focus often. With Pixel 9 front camera auto-focus problem solved, and the phone grip+screen size are both so much better. Def happier to make the switch.

I have a s24 ultra and a Google pixel 9 . Both have great visuals and sounds.
Difficult to actually choose

I agree the pixel 8 is fantastic value especially when on offer! This is the reason I didn't upgrade to the pixel 9 as there really isn't much in it. I would consider the 9 pro tho if it comes down in price! Great content enjoyed your video 👍🏻 pixel fan Kris ☺️

My 8 is great. Mom's 8a is great. Both phones were upgraded from previous Pixel's to get more storage (128 to 256 for both), but both preceding Pixels were great as well. All around solid. I don't feel like I am missing much not upgrading this year, even with the 9s being the unanimously chosen "best Pixels ever". Also, although the Pixel 6's fingerprint sensor was bad, I didn't have any issues with either the 7 or the 8's optical sensor.

Got a brand new pixel 9 pro xl 256gb from marketplace for 700
And honestly im very happy with it. Amazing phone, guy was selling it because he just couldn't use android and wanted to get an iPhone. Because of people like this i got a great deal.

I have Used the 9pro xl and I got say WOW the battery is impressive 3 h of screen on time while only using 30% battery (I play cod mobile on it) i only charge the phone to 70% and can still get home with 40% left while using screen on time 2-4h with Alot of spotify and blu in the background!

I bought a pixel 8 Pro for Christmas... Currently the best cost/benefit ratio... I also have a pixel 8a as my second smartphone... and a Pixel 6a running GrapheneOS
