One by Wacom set up for Wyzant whiteboard

Question: Use of pen tablet on the whiteboard
I recently purchased a One by Wacom tablet to use on the whiteboard; however, I can't get the pen to write. I can write using the mouse by holding down the left button. Does anyone know how or if this product can work?
