Also, one trick I notice is, to know if the person rejected your friend requests (in addition, prevented you from sending another one) is by looking into your Activity Log>Friends>Sent Friend's Requests. If your request is gone, it is more likely that the person rejected you. Same goes to if someone blocked or unfriend you, they will be gone from Received Friend Requests and/or Sent Friend Requests log.

friend suggestion not working.
Why I can’t see friend suggestions? It’s always empty and when i try to send suggestion to someone the suggestions comes up blank and I can not send a friend suggestion to anyone. I have reported this to Facebook as a problem and feature not working twice now and it is still not fixed other people are having the same issue.
